Christina Carlson is a Senior Analyst at Apex Analytics, where she leverages her background in data science to conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses for clients. During her time at Apex, she has supported multiple clients with their Energy Efficiency Plan filings and conducted modeling work on large energy efficiency portfolios in the United States. Christina has also evaluated a range of programs and pilots, including Demand Response initiatives, Time-of-Use rate designs, and Home Energy Report programs. From 2023 to 2025, she led the analytical effort for an innovative Water Heater Demand Response pilot for Tacoma Power.

 

Additionally, Christina has conducted extensive research on electric vehicles, including analyses of efficiency across different makes and models, geographic assessments to identify optimal locations for charging infrastructure, and studying residential customer charging behavior.
