Abby Francisco is an Associate at Apex Analytics with a decade of experience in the clean energy sector. Abby’s work combines her technical background in engineering and research to evaluate energy efficiency and beneficial electrification opportunities in buildings. At Apex, she consults with utility and government clients to conduct impact evaluations, building technology research, and energy efficiency planning.
 
Before joining Apex, Abby worked at Elevate, where she provided consulting for affordable multifamily housing portfolios, municipalities, and utilities on energy efficiency, beneficial electrification, and decarbonization strategies. Prior to this, Abby worked at Southface where she conducted energy assessments and research to optimize the performance of residential and small commercial buildings. Abby completed her Ph.D. in Civil Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology with a focus on building energy analytics, and holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Clemson University.
