Duncan Ward is a Senior Analyst at Apex, where he studies consumer behavior as it relates to energy efficiency and electrification. In addition to these focus areas, Duncan's work includes a wider range of projects, such as providing support to DOE's HOMEs and HEAR programs, analysis for Non-Pipes Alternatives potential studies, and measure characterization for strategic electrification programs.

 

Duncan received a Batchlors of Arts in Psychology and Economics from Grinnell College where he studied energy conservation and feedback. Prior to joining Apex, Duncan worked at the See Change Institute where he applied behavioral science methods to program design and evaluation. 

 

When not at work, Duncan enjoys climbing and making pasta from scratch.
