Jodi focuses on regulatory strategy, stakeholder engagement, consensus building, program planning, and policy.  Jodi provides program management and team leadership to a variety of projects and clients.  She has experience in public sector program development and implementation, as well as many years representing a diverse array of energy clients, including utilities, solar developers, and energy suppliers.

Prior to joining Apex, Jodi managed federal and state grants related to building decarbonization at the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources, totaling over $650M in awards.  Previously, Jodi practiced law for over a decade.  She provided comprehensive counsel and support to energy efficiency program administrators in Massachusetts through all aspects of program development and implementation, including planning, negotiation, litigation, stakeholder management, compliance, and reporting.

Jodi holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin- Madison and a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School.
