At Apex, Katie manages evaluation projects and works with our key accounts, including Nicor Gas, Atmos Energy, Summit Utilities, and Eversource. She especially enjoys helping utilities navigate the DSM landscape through implementation support, evaluation management, staff training, and policy application. Katie has contributed to a number of residential TRMs and the residential lighting chapter of the Uniform Methods Project. She specializes in residential impact evaluations and EV charge management.

Katie holds bachelor’s degrees in economics and environmental studies from the University of California Santa Cruz, and a MSc in behavioral sciences from the London School of Economics.
